This high-quality AllVital product made from Mexican yam root powder and yam root extract contains more than 15% diosgenin, the precursor (preliminary stage) of progesterone. The agent diosgenin has the same effects as progesterone, which is produced naturally in the body. It optimally supports the natural hormonal activities. Yam is not a hormone, but a plant that has been eaten as a vegetable in Asia, Africa and the Americas for centuries.
